3. We strongly recommend also sending us a Facebook Message after sending as it is much easier and quicker than email to discuss details with you.

Privacy
We are paid members of ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and are bound by it's data control and privacy rules. We strictly will only use any personal data and images you upload for the sole purposes of photo restoration. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
If your photo is already on your computer or Smartphone, great! You are ready to
send to it us.
However if it's a physical photo we'll need you to either scan it (best option), or take a clear photo using your Smartphone, and then upload to us. Google's PhotoScan is a great app to help with this. You can download it here:

Remember, the higher resolution you send us, the better the restored result will be!
If using your mobile please ensure the photograph is well lit and try to keep still as you can when you take it to avoid any blurriness.
